Get your registration in early! The space is VERY limited for the retreat! It is going to be a small group of around 75 people.
Early Registration cost is $650.00 USD
Registration cost is $750.00 USD, after August 10, 2013.
Registration includes a $150 non-refundable deposit
Lodging is SEPARATE. The cost is approximately $235.00 per day*. Tax and gratuities are extra. We have made VERY special arrangements with the hotel. You will need to make your room reservations directly with the hotel 1-800-367-2323 or 1-808-885-6622. When you call, let them know you are with the Lynn Andrews’ Group.
*This is approximate lodging cost for a double room (Please check with the hotel for actual room rates). By the way, the hotel is offering these same discount rates up to October 19, 2013. Afterwards, it will be on a first come basis. If you are interested in staying a little longer, please be sure to confirm your discount rate with the hotel at the time you register.

Registration Steps
There are 2 steps to “REGISTER” for the Hawaii Retreat. You must REGISTER FOR THE EVENT and then PAY FOR THE EVENT. You can make payments online or through mail-in for this event. For your security, we no longer accept telephone, fax or mail-in Credit Card payments. Only USD Checks or USD Money orders are accepted with Mail-in forms.

Register for the Event using the form below. Please fill in all the information as required and then click to submit your registration. Everyone must fill in this portion of the registration whether you are paying online or mailing-in your payment. You will then be directed to the Event Payment Page.

Pay for the Event You may at this time select to mail-in your payment by printing the mail-in registration form or pay online. Choose either to pay the non-refundable deposit only (with 2 installments later) or pay the entire event registration fee (+ Continuing Education Fee if required). Installment payments are only available for early registration participants … so register early! After August 10, 2013, the entire Event payment is due in full (no installments).
After registering, you will be sent an email confirmation. Later you will be sent additional Hawaii Event Information – “What you need to know” AND a reminder to make your OWN Room Reservations with the hotel.
NOTE: If you elect to mail-in your registration form in step-2, make sure you allow time 7-10 days for your payment to reach Lynn Andrews Productions. Just fill all of the form and Mail-in your check or money order.
Once payment for registration is made you have fully completed Hawaii Retreat “Registration”!

You must Read and Agree to these Terms and Conditions above.
I understand there is a non-refundable deposit of $150 at the time of registration, and 14 days prior to the event the entire fee paid will become non-refundable. I also understand that Lynn Andrews, Lynn Andrews Productions Inc., Mauna Lani Bay Hotel, or any individuals or organizations associated with these groups, are not responsible for, and I release them from liability for, any accidents, injuries, illness, loss, theft or other mishaps that might occur, whether or not as a result of negligence, or as a result of my failure to seek and follow appropriate medical or mental health care from a licensed medical professional in connection with this gathering. I understand that Lynn Andrews, Lynn Andrews Productions and individuals associated with Lynn Andrews Productions are not licensed medical or mental health care providers; that neither Lynn Andrews, Lynn Andrews Productions nor the individuals associated with Lynn Andrews Productions diagnose or provide any advice or technique as a form of treatment for medical or mental health problems; and I further understand that it is my responsibility to consult with my medical and/or mental health provider(s) for any condition(s) for which I am under or may need treatment. I understand that some parts of the gathering may be photographed and videotaped and I agree to allow myself to be filmed and give up any rights that I might have regarding the video or photographs or use of these images or recordings from this Hawaii Retreat. I further understand if I offer or accept a ride from another participant I do so also on my own responsibility and release LYNN ANDREWS PRODUCTIONS INC.from any liability. I understand that this Event has been approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing and the California Board of Behavioral Sciences through the Pine Mountain Institute for nursing/therapist CEs, and I have filled out the CE information above if I intend to request these units/hours. An additional fee of $60 USD ($30 USD for LACSAT Students and those in the KSP program) for 24 credits/hours will be charged. I am fully responsible for my own experience.
