Lynn Andrews Annual Hawaii Retreat

Get your registration in early! The space is VERY limited for the retreat! It is going to be a small group of around 75 people.

* Note: There is a $150 non-refundable deposit due upon registration for all payment options. Fourteen (14) days prior to the Event, the entire fee will become non-refundable. All payments must be made in U.S. Dollars.REGULAR TUITION BETWEEN September 16 and October 31, 2014:

Pay $750.00 upon registration (includes $150 non-refundable deposit).
   – or –
Pay $150 non-refundable deposit upon registration and pay balance of $600 on or before October 31, 2014.

LATE REGISTRATION on or after November 1, 2014:

$850 – due with registration (includes $150 non-refundable deposit).

THIS EVENT IS ELIGIBLE TO RECEIVE CONTINUING EDUCATION hours for nurses and therapist. CE fees are as follows: $60.00; $30.00 if you are in Kindred Spirits, the Mystery School or the Writing School. CE fees are payable with your registration.


Please read the following information carefully, including the “Terms and Conditions” statement at the bottom of this page. Submitting your electronic registration form and making payment is your acknowledgement that you have read this information and that you understand and agree to the terms.

1.  Lodging for this event is SEPARATE from your tuition. You must reserve and pay for your accommodations directly with the MAUNA LANI BAY HOTEL. We have arranged a very special room rate for this Event of $235** per day if you book your reservations by November 1, 2014. Tax and gratuities are extra. See details under “Lodging and Activities” this section.

2.  There is a $150 non-refundable deposit due at the time of your registration. Fourteen (14) days prior to the Event, the entire fee becomes non-refundable.

** $235.00 is for a double occupancy room. Please refer to the details on the “Lodging and Activities” page for assistance in locating a roommate. If you are interested in arriving beforeDecember 1st or staying after December 7th, please confirm the room rate for the extra days with the Mauna Lani Bay when you book your room.*This is approximate lodging cost for a double room (Please check with the hotel for actual room rates). By the way, the hotel is offering these same discount rates up to 9/15/2014. Afterwards, it will be on a first come basis. Registration Steps

There are 2 steps to “REGISTER” for the Hawaii Retreat. You must REGISTER FOR THE EVENT and then PAY FOR THE EVENT. You can make payments online or through mail-in for this event. For your security, we no longer accept telephone, fax or mail-in Credit Card payments. Only USD Checks or USD Money orders are accepted with Mail-in forms.

1. Register for the Event using the form below. Please fill in all the information as required and then click to submit your registration. Everyone must fill in this portion of the registration whether you are paying online or mailing-in your payment. You will then be directed to the Event Payment Page. 2. Pay for the Event As soon as you submit your electronic registration form, you will be taken to the Payment Page. At that time, you may choose to make your payment Online using the Payment Option selection buttons, or you can pay by mail-in by printing and completing the “Mail-In Registration Form.” Remember that all installment payments for the “Early Registration Discount” must be received on or before 9/15/2014; all installment payments for “Regular Tuition” must be received between 9/16/2014 and 10/31/2015. Payment arrangements are not available for “Late Registration.

After registering, you will be sent an email confirmation. Later you will be sent additional Hawaii Event Information – “What you need to know” AND a reminder to make your OWN Room Reservations with the hotel.

NOTE: If you elect to mail-in your registration form in step-2, make sure you allow time 7-10 days for your payment to reach Lynn Andrews Productions. Just fill all of the form and Mail-in your check or money order.

Once payment for registration is made you have fully completed Hawaii Retreat “Registration”!

RN, LVN/LPN – Lynn Andrews Productions is a "provider approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing, Provider #13041, for 24 contact hours for nurses."
LCSW, MFT – "This course meets the qualifications for 24 hours of continuing education credit for MFTs and LCSWs as required by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences through the Pine Mountain Institute, Provider #2309."
You are responsible for checking with your State Board and/or Professional Organization regarding their acceptance of out-of-state providers.
By checking the Agreement box below, you understand Nursing/Therapist CEs are an additional cost to you of $60 USD ($30 USD for LACSAT/KSP) for 24 hours of Continuing Education Units/Contact Hours.

I also understand that Lynn Andrews, Lynn Andrews Productions Inc., Mauna Lani Bay Hotel, or any individuals or organizations associated with these groups, are not responsible for, and I release them from liability for, any accidents, injuries, illness, loss, theft or other mishaps that might occur, whether or not as a result of negligence, or as a result of my failure to seek and follow appropriate medical or mental health care from a licensed medical professional in connection with this gathering. I understand that Lynn Andrews, Lynn Andrews Productions and individuals associated with Lynn Andrews Productions are not licensed medical or mental health care providers; that neither Lynn Andrews, Lynn Andrews Productions nor the individuals associated with Lynn Andrews Productions diagnose or provide any advice or technique as a form of treatment for medical or mental health problems; and I further understand that it is my responsibility to consult with my medical and/or mental health provider(s) for any condition(s) for which I am under or may need treatment. I understand that some parts of the gathering may be photographed and videotaped and I agree to allow myself to be filmed and give up any rights that I might have regarding the video or photographs or use of these images or recordings from this Hawaii Retreat. An additional fee of $60 USD ($30 USD for LACSAT Students and those in the KSP program) for 24 credits/hours will be charged. I am fully responsible for my own experience.
