Register by September 30th for Early Registration Special!  Space is limited for this retreat.

Make your room reservations directly with the Mauna Lani Bay Hotel, 800-367-2323. Room reservations made after 11/1/2015 subject to availability.

* Note: There is a $150 non-refundable deposit due upon registration for all payment options. Fourteen (14) days prior to the Event, the entire fee will become non-refundable. All payments must be made in U.S. Dollars.


Pay $650.00 upon registration (includes $150 non-refundable deposit).
   – or –
Pay $150 non-refundable deposit upon registration and pay balance of $500 on or before September 30, 2015.

REGULAR TUITION, October 1 – November 15, 2015:

$750 – due with registration (includes $150 non-refundable deposit). Please note – Room reservations made after 11/1/2015 are subject to availability at the special Lynn Andrews group rate. Check with the Mauna Lani Bay Hotel, 800-367-2323 before Registering.

LATE REGISTRATION, after November 15, 2015, on a space-available basis (please alcs check with Mauna Lani Bay Hotel to verify room rate before registering:

$850 – due in one lump sum.



Please read the following information carefully, including the “Terms and Conditions” statement at the bottom of this page. Submitting your electronic registration form and making payment is your acknowledgement that you have read this information and that you understand and agree to the terms.

1.  Lodging for this event is SEPARATE from your tuition. You must reserve and pay for your accommodations directly with the MAUNA LANI BAY HOTEL, 800-367-2323. We have arranged a very special room rate for this Event of $235** per day if you book your reservations by November 1, 2015. Tax and gratuities are extra. See details under “Lodging and Activities” this section.

2.  There is a $150 non-refundable deposit due at the time of your registration. Fourteen (14) days prior to the Event, the entire fee becomes non-refundable.

** $235.00 is for a double occupancy room, (includes parking and a 10% food discount).  Please refer to the details on the “Lodging and Activities” page for assistance in locating a roommate. The event begins early Wednesday morning, 12/2/2015. Please arrange to arrive at the Mauna Lani Bay a day early (on Tuesday, 12/1) and check out Sunday, 12/6, as the event runs four full days, Wednesday – Saturday. If you are interested in in extending your stay before or after the event to explore Hawaii, please confirm the room rate for the extra days directly with the Mauna Lani Bay, 800-367-2323, when you book your room.*This is approximate lodging cost for a double room (Please check with the hotel for actual room rates). By the way, the hotel is offering these same discount rates up to . Afterwards, it will be on a first come basis. If you are interested in staying a little longer, please be sure to confirm your discount rate with the hotel at the time you register.

Registration Steps

There are 2 steps to “REGISTER” for the Hawaii Retreat. You must (1) REGISTER FOR THE EVENT and then (2) PAY FOR THE EVENT.  Note that you must make your room reservations separately; they are not part of the Registration process. You can make Event Tuition payments online or through mail-in for this event. Only USD Checks or USD Money orders are accepted with Mail-in forms.

  1. Register for the Event using the form below. Please fill in all the information as required and then click to submit your registration. Everyone must fill in this portion of the registration whether you are paying online or mailing-in your payment. You will then be directed to the Event Payment Page.  
  2. Pay for the Event As soon as you submit your electronic registration form, you will be taken to the Tuition Payment Page. At that time, you may choose to make your payment Online using the Payment Option selection buttons, or you can pay by mail-in by printing and completing the “Mail-In Registration Form.” Remember that all installment payments for “Regular Tuition” must be received between 10/1/2015 and 11/15/2015. Payment arrangements are not available for “Late Registration.” After registering, you will be sent an email confirmation. Later you will be sent additional Hawaii Event Information – “What you need to know” AND a reminder to make your OWN Room Reservations with the hotel.

NOTE: If you elect to mail-in your registration form in step-2, make sure you allow time 7-10 days for your payment to reach Lynn Andrews Productions by November 15, 2015. Late Registration tuition must be received by Lynn Andrews Productions on or before November 30, 2015. Just fill all of the form and Mail-in your check or money order.

Once payment for registration is made you have fully completed Hawaii Retreat “Registration”!
