FILL OUT THE REGISTRATION FORM BELOW – Select the appropriate registration options below and fill in your contact information. You will be asked to choose whether you are currently a student in The Mystery School, LACSAT or in the Kindred Spirits program -AND- whether you require Continuing Education (CE) credits/hours (ONLY available to nurses and therapists from the US and parts of Canada.).


Step 2

PAY FOR YOUR COURSE – After completing the registration form, you will be directed to the payment page. You will then select your method of payment:
A) PAY ONLINE USING A CREDIT CARD through our authorize.net merchant bank account on a secure server. Note: We are no longer using PayPal. If you require the use of Paypal for your payment, please request instructions using the form on the sidebar at right.
B) PAY BY MAIL_IN. You will be able to mail-in your check or money order directly to Lynn Andrews Productions. If you are mailing in your form, payment must be received by Lynn Andrews Productions seven (7) days PRIOR to the start of the Online Course so mail early!

Continuing Education Credit:
RN, LVN/LPN – Lynn Andrews Productions is a “provider approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing, Provider #13041, for 20 contact hours for nurses.”
LCSW, MFT – “This course meets the qualifications for 20 hours of continuing education credit for MFTs and LCSWs as required by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences through the Pine Mountain Institute, Provider #2309.”
You are responsible for checking with your State Board and/or Professional Organization regarding their acceptance of out-of-state providers.
By checking the Agreement box below, you understand Nursing/Therapist CEs are an additional cost to you of $60 USD for 20 hours of Continuing Education Units/Contact Hours ($30 for LACSAT and KS participants).

Terms & Conditions

You must Read and Agree to these Terms and Conditions above.

1) I understand there is a fee of $260 in U.S. Dollars ($220 for those enrolled in LACSAT or KS) to participate in this Course. This fee includes a $50 dollar non-refundable deposit.
Seven (7) days prior to the beginning of the Course the entire fee will become non-refundable.
2) I understand that Lynn Andrews, Lynn Andrews Productions and individuals associated with Lynn Andrews Productions are not licensed medical or mental health care providers; that neither Lynn Andrews, Lynn Andrews Productions nor the individuals associated with Lynn Andrews Productions diagnose or provide any advice or technique as a form of treatment for medical or mental health problems; and I further understand that it is my responsibility to consult with my medical and/or mental health provider(s) for any condition(s) for which I am under or may need treatment.
3) I understand that Lynn Andrews, Lynn Andrews Productions, any individual, and/or any organization associated with Lynn Andrews Productions, are not responsible for, and I release them from liability for any loss or other mishaps that might occur, whether or not as a result of negligence, in connection with this Online Course, including any loss or mishaps that may occur as a result of my failure to seek and follow appropriate medical or mental health care from a licensed medical professional. I am fully responsible for my own experience.
4) I understand that this is an ONLINE Course and that I MUST have an email address and access to a computer in order to download the Course materials, complete assignments, receive important course information and participate in the Online discussions in a password-protected section of the Lynn Andrews Sacred Forum.
5) I understand that this Course has been approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing and the California Board of Behavioral Sciences through the Pine Mountain Institute for nursing/therapist CEs, and I have filled out the CE information above if I intend to request these units/hours. An additional fee of $60 USD ($30 USD for those enrolled in LACSAT or KS) for 20 credits/hours will be charged. (CEs are available to nurses and therapists from the US and parts of Canada only.)
