1st Master Tutorial:

In this first Master Tutorial, you will focus on the powers of the south of the wheel: trust, innocence and physical manifestation. You will work with the shaman’s tools of meditation, stones and crystals as you bring yourself into alignment within and with our great Mother Earth. Meditation is an ancient practice for quieting the mind and emotions so that you can gain access to your higher self. It is the gateway to higher levels of consciousness, and it is the place where we will begin the Tier I journey into the alchemy of transformation.

• You will learn how to center yourself under any and all of the circumstances you may face in life, giving you access to your higher voice in the decisions you make and the way you act on them.
• You will learn how to go within to discover the great power of your own personal truth and the connection between your imagination and the manifestation of your power in the world. Where would we be today without humanity’s ingenuity, which is born of the imagination?
• As you grow in meditation in the shaman way, you will learn how to utilize all of your physical senses. These senses know and see far more than the mind can ever process, and through your own senses you will begin to discover the power and magic of the great Unknown, where all of possibility resides. As Lao Tsu said, “The Mystery of mysteries is the Door of all essence.”
• As you begin to balance between your spiritual and physical life, you begin to move truly into the essence of who you are, perhaps for the first time. Then you begin to move from the inner to the outer world with confidence and courage rather than reluctance and indecision.
• You will also meet and learn how to empower the Sacred Child within you, who lives in the south of the wheel as you become familiar with the great powers of the south on the sacred wheel.

You will need either a crystal or a special shaman’s stone small enough to fit in the palm of your hand as you enter the world of sacred meditation.

MASTER TUTORIAL 2 – The Hoop of Water

Working with Power Animals and other Spirit Guides

2nd Master Tutorial: The following is for information purposes only:
In this second Master Tutorial, we will focus on the powers of the west of the wheel: transformation and the sacred dream, home of water, emotion and the great power of love and forgiveness. You will dive into the sacred waters to find and bring back your own personal power animal. As you learn to work with the powers of the west, you will also journey to the Crystal Domain of the Sacred Masters to meet one of the great masters of enlightenment. And you will learn to use the shaman’s Talking Stick to communicate with your power animal and higher spirit guides.

• Every person has a spirit animal, a counterpart which helps you understand yourself, your innermost nature. Through working with your power animal, you begin to see who you really are: Is your instinctual nature that of the hunter or the grazer? Are you comfortable “wearing your own skin,” so to speak? Your power animal can help to heal this rift in your own sense of identity and well-being once you understand who you truly are in this lifetime.
• You also have other power animals and spirit guides which show up from time to time to help you, for example, discover a different way of looking at something that is confounding you in life. Your power animals and spirit guides are your helpers, and when you learn to contact them, it enriches your world view and helps you on your way.
• As you deepen your work in meditation along the shaman’s path, you also learn how to meet with the great Masters that are no longer manifest in this reality, and you will meet one of these Masters in this course. With the guidance of these Masters, you can dive deeply into your own being to find and release those thoughts and emotions that keep you from fully expressing your creativity and your power.
• You will also create or find a fetish which represents your power animal. What the fetish signifies, really, is the manifestation of spirit into form, so when you have a fetish of your power animal it helps you to connect with the spirit nature of that power animal, which is also your true nature. When you hold this fetish in your hands or place it before you as you pray and meditate, perhaps wear it close to your skin when you approach a difficult task, you call in your power animal to guide and assist you with what it is you are doing. You bring yourself into alignment with your own true spirit and with the Great Spirit.

Luminous Fibers: Building Energy As You Learn

3rd Master Tutorial:

In this third Master Tutorial, you will learn how to work with your luminous fibers and access your dream body, the gateway to higher levels of conscious dreaming. The luminous shine around your body is made up of your luminous fibers, which in actuality is one long fiber that weaves throughout your being. This “luminous egg” has been photographed through the advances in our technology.

• When you work with your luminous fibers, you begin to learn how to move into your dream body, and you begin to build balance between the east and the west on the sacred wheel. Your dream body is that part of you that dreams, and it is one of the most powerful gifts you will ever discover.
• Dreaming is a way of having a dialogue with the divine. From your dreams, you receive inspiration. You bring this inspiration into the center of the wheel of life. As you manifest this inspiration into your life, the sacred spiral of your existence is set in motion.
• As you learn how to access your dream body through your luminous fibers, you align your point of view with the power and flow of the universe, and you move into harmony with life.
• You begin to perceive the power and energy of the creative force and how it is manifested in the universe, and you begin to receive energy from that creative force. You become energized with new strength.
• You will also work with the Shaman Dance of Power to learn how to use the creative energy of your luminous fibers to heal energy rifts in the world around you. You use the Shaman Dance of Power to release stress and negativity from within your physical body in a way that is very similar to certain yoga practices. You use the Shaman Dance of Power to clear negative energy out of your environment, your bedroom, your workroom, even your office where we all spend such an inordinate amount of time in our lives. And you use the Shaman Dance to clear negative energy out of your projects and acts of power in the world.

Truly Understand and Harmonize with the Sacred Power of Thought

4th Master Tutorial:

One of the most important things in life is to see who you are as a person.

In this fourth Master Tutorial, we will work in the east on the sacred wheel to develop the shaman’s understanding and use of the sacred power of thought.

East is the home of fire. It is also the home of the mind, Illumination, the Old Wise One within and the Sacred Clown who tests all of the situations of our lives to see what is real and true for each of us.

In this Master Tutorial, you will meet and work with White Star Woman as you build a bridge to your own star power. When you begin to understand the universe that resides at the center of your own being, you discover that your whole way of thinking, your way of viewing the world and your place in it, begins to change. You will also work with the shaman’s tool of sacred ceremony.

• It is fundamental to a spiritual consciousness of life that, “As above, so below.” Shamans have long known about the universe of stars and galaxies that reside within each of us; they are a mirror of the stars and galaxies of the heavens. As Agnes Whistling Elk tells us, we come from stars and to stars we must one day return.
• In this tutorial, Star Woman will begin to teach you of the star power that you carry at your center, how to establish a connection with and maintain the vibrancy of that power on a conscious level.
• You will also begin to learn the “act of power” in its truest sense as you connect with the tremendous power of your own creativity, which resides in the east of the wheel.

Agnes Whistling Elk told me that one of the most important things for a man or a woman to do in order to realize or actualize themselves is to make an act of power in the world. By making an “act of power,” she didn’t mean making a big splash in the world, although there is no reason you cannot do that if it is part of the great dream for your life. What she was talking about is doing something long enough, centering and focusing your energy long enough that regardless of what the project is, it becomes a mirror for understanding yourself completely. From that, you can begin to realize who you truly are in this lifetime.

• Can you imagine the power you will carry in the world when you come from a place of self-actualization and knowing who you are, knowing what your power is in this life?
• You will begin to balance yourself all the way around the sacred wheel, balancing mind in the east with emotion in the west, the inspiration of sacred spirit in the north with your acts of manifestation in the south of the sacred wheel. This is what working around the sacred wheel is all about, creating balance and vision in all your endeavors.
• You also will learn to create and carry out sacred ceremony, and you will learn the magic of bringing ceremony into everything you do in life.
