Make your payment, selecting either “Pay Online by Credit Card” or “Pay by Mail.”
When you click on “Pay Online by Credit Card,” you will be taken to the Merchant Bank “authorize.net” payment page. This is a secure method of credit card payment that is widely used all over the world.
If you click on “Pay by Mail,” you will be taken to a mail-in payment form which you must fill out and send to the address on the form, along with your check or money order made payable in U.S. dollars (“USD”). Please note that mail-in payments will take approximately five to seven (5-7) days longer to process than payments by credit card, depending on mail delivery (and longer if you live outside the United States).
