Shipping
All orders are shipped within 7 days of receipt of payment. Should you like a different delivery method or faster service, please contact us by email or phone. A change in shipping method or quicker time frame to FedEx, UPS, or Express Mail will cause an increase in shipping charges and fees.

Domestic Shipping within USA
Shipping of items is done via USPS (US Postal Service) by Priority Mail flat rate. US Priority Mail is non-guaranteed delivery of 2-4 days for the continental USA. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and outlaying areas will take longer.

International Shipping
Shipping of items is done via USPS (US Postal Service) by Global Priority Mail flat rate envelope. US Global Priority Mail is non-guaranteed delivery of 5-7 days for international shipping outside the USA. Should you require shipping via a different method, please contact us for rates.


Handling Fee
A small handling fee will be added to all orders to help us with the increased costs of shipping and for getting this package to you.

Please include a note with your purchase information that includes the following information: name, address, phone number, email address, items you are returning along with the original payment method used (copy of the receipt).
   
All product returns will be issued a store credit to Lynn Andrews Online Store within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Cash or charge refunds will only be accepted for damaged items. Returns are only accepted on products bought through Lynn Andrews Online store, mail order and events. All returned items must be in their original condition. Special discounts offered are not available on previous purchases.
