REGISTRATION

All Participants must register using the form below.

Payment for the event fee and meals will be collected by Lynn Andrews Productions. All payments must be received by August 10,2023. All hotel reservations need to be made by August 14, 2023 as all remaining rooms will be released back into inventory.

Payment Plans are available. Please use a credit card in order to schedule recurring payments as PayPal does NOT support payment plans.

Food Costs are separate from the Room Rate. Food Costs are separate from room rate. All food costs are required to be collected up front by Lynn Andrews Productions before you arrive.  You may have all non catered meals in your room or at any of the many internationally famous restaurants within walking distance. 

Meals - $165 for buffet dinner on Friday, buffet lunch on Saturday and Sunday. Chef can accommodate Vegan, Vegetarian and food allergies.

Lodging Reservations and Cost are your responsibility. We get a discounted rate with Orange Tree Resort.  Everyone will make their own Hotel reservations with the Orange Tree Resort. 2 night minimum required for all reservations. Hotel Accommodations Refund Policy: Guests can cancel up to 14 days prior to arrival. Reservations cancelled less than 14 days from arrival and no shows will be charged one night’s rate plus tax. Early departures will not receive a refund.

Event Cancellation Policy: Event Fee Refund Policy: 60 days before the event if a cancellation is needed you will receive a full refund minus a $100. No Refund after  July 19, 2023.

I understand that Lynn Andrews Productions and Orange Tree Resort or any individuals or organizations associated with these groups, are not responsible for, and I release them from liability for, any accidents, injuries, illness, loss, theft or other mishaps that might occur, whether or not as a result of negligence, or as a result of my failure to seek and follow appropriate medical or mental health care from a licensed medical professional in connection with this gathering.  I understand that Lynn Andrews Productions, Inc. and individuals associated with Lynn Andrews Productions, Inc. are not licensed medical or mental health care providers; that Lynn Andrews Productions, Inc. nor the individuals associated with Lynn Andrews Productions, Inc. diagnose or provide any advice or technique as a form of treatment for medical or mental health problems; and I further understand that it is my responsibility to consult with my medical and/or mental health provider(s) for any condition(s) for which I am under or may need treatment.  I understand that some parts of the gathering may be photographed and videotaped and I agree to allow myself to be filmed and give up any rights that I might have regarding the video or photographs or use of these images or recordings from this Kindred Spirits Gathering.  I further understand if I offer or accept a ride from another participant I do so on my own responsibility and release Lynn Andrews Productions, Inc. and Lynn Andrews Staff from any liability.
