We ask for information regarding health/counseling issues as it is important that your therapist/counselor be informed of your participation in the Program. We want them to be aware of the process you are undertaking, and the input being provided by your participation in the Kindred Spirits Program. It is not our intention to interfere with the work you and your therapist are doing. If you have questions about this, please contact us at lapregistrar@gmail.com
RELEASE STATEMENT
I agree to release the Lynn V. Andrews Legacy Project and Kindred Spirits Program (the KSP), its owners, officers, agents, employees and contractors, and any individual or organization associated with the KSP, from any and all liability for personal injury, or loss of, or damage to, personal property or possessions of any individual attending or associated with the KSP, whether or not caused by negligence. I assume all risk of injury or loss from participation in the KSP, including, but not limited to, guided meditation, yoga, guided imagery, relaxation, ceremonies or any other form of participation in the course of study. I understand that Lynn V. Andrews Legacy Project, Kindred Spirits Program assumes no liability for any program and recommends that graduates check with their physician before engaging in any of the above-mentioned activities.
