Digital Downloads

All digital downloads are encrypted & monitored with a limited time expiration link. All your order information is sent via email to access files. All material is copyrighted & can not be reproduced. Only can be used for personal use.

Shipping

All orders are shipped within 7 days of receipt of payment.

Domestic Shipping within USA
Shipping of items is done via USPS (US Postal Service) by Priority Mail flat rate. US Priority Mail is non-guaranteed delivery of 2-4 days for the continental USA. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and outlaying areas will take longer.

International Shipping
Shipping of items is done via USPS (US Postal Service) by Global Priority Mail flat rate envelope. US Global Priority Mail is non-guaranteed delivery of 5-7 days for international shipping outside the USA.

 

Return Policy

To return online purchases to Lynn Andrews, please contact us by email or telephone first. Use our contact form. Wait for authorization from us to return the item.

 

Please include a note with your purchase information that includes the following information: name, address, phone number, email address, items you are returning along with the original payment method used (copy of the receipt).

All product returns will be issued a store credit to Lynn Andrews Online Store within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Cash or charge refunds will only be accepted for damaged items. Returns are only accepted on products bought through Lynn Andrews Online store.  All returned items must be in their original condition. Special discounts offered are not available on previous purchases.
