Writing Spirit, The School Tuition & Payments
School Year 2023
Each year of Writing Spirit, The School is designed as a 44 week program, with two levels, Year One and Year Two. Each Year of the 44 week program can be started at any time during the year . Your study materials will be emailed to you just prior to the start of your program. Tuition payment(s) must be received before the materials will be sent to you.
Once you receive your materials for the the Writing Spirit School, no refunds will be made.
LEVELS OF ENROLLMENT
There are three LEVELS of ENROLLMENT available to you, in Year One and Year Two as follows:
A. Regular Tuition for the School is $1,700. This is for people who are NOT enrolled in the Kindred Spirits Graduate Program Level 2.
B. Tuition for the Kindred Spirits Level 2 is $1,500. This is ONLY for those people who ARE are enrolled in the Kindred Spirits Graduate Program Level 2. You receive a $200 discount off the Regular Tuition of $1,700.
C. Continuation Tuition for the School is $600. If you enrolled and paid for in Year 1 or Year 2 and did not finish the work, you can come back and begin again without having to pay for the FULL tuition again.
1. Regular Tuition:
Total Annual Regular Tuition for Writing Spirit, The School is: $1,700.00*
* If you pay in full for Regular Tuition Program at the time of registration, you will receive a $200 discount off the Regular Tuition price. ($1,700.00 - $200 = $1,500.00).
2. Tuition for the Kindred Spirits Level 2:
Total Annual Tuition for Writing Spirit, The School is: $1,500.00* You must be enrolled in the Kindred Spirits Graduate Program at Level 2.
3. Continuation Tuition:
Total Annual Continuation Tuition for Writing Spirit, The School is: $600.00* If you enrolled in Year 1 or Year 2 and did not finish the work, you can come back and begin again without having to pay for the FULL tuition again.
You may pay your tuition in FULL, or on a MONTHLY basis. Should you choose to make monthly payments, You are required to use the automatic recurring payment option.
The Monthly Payment Schedule is as follows:
Once you pay for the first quarter, you may make monthly payments, so that by the time the next quarter starts, you will have enough money in your account for the second quarter and so on.
The Continuation Payment Schedule is as follows:
If you are in the Continuation Tuition Program, there will be 3 monthly payments @ $200 each.
Once you are directed to the payment page you will be able to choose your payment option. You will be placed automatically on a recurring payment schedule if you chose either to pay monthly. (Please do not use PayPal as we are unable to schedule recurring payments)
You MUST use this option in order to make your monthly payments.
Additional Important Information
You will receive a financial statement once a year from Lynn Andrews Productions reflecting all payments that we have received up to the date of your statement. Statements will be emailed out in the fall.
Writing Spirit, The School Curriculum is based on 44 week program. Requests for a refund must be sent in writing. If your request is approved, it will be refunded per the time of year AND the month in which the materials you have already received. A non-refundable deposit of $100.00 will be deducted from the refundable amount.
TAKING A LEAVE OF ABSENCE:
Should you need to take a leave of absence during the School Year, you may return the following year and start where you last left off. You will be given a financial statement at the time of your withdrawal, with instructions to save it so that when you return, you will have proof of your financial status at the time of your Withdrawal.
