This meditation has to do with giving away emotional, psychic, and intellectual debris within your system.  The sacred mountain is a mountain that you walk up in a spiraling fashion.  At certain levels along the way, you give away forever, hopefully, things that have been keeping you back from reaching within yourself the summit of your sacred mountain, the sacred mountain that represents your path to enlightenment and spirit in life.
