As we allow the mind to let go and move deeper into our heart and body-mind, we see the power of opening ourselves to our pain with mercy and awareness. It’s important to remember that the healing is like all of life; it ebbs and flows. We may find days of peace and openness, a sense of connection one day, and awaken the next morning awash in the pain again, our heart constricted.
